– 2 cups flour – 1 tsp. baking powder – ¼ tsp. baking soda – 1 tsp. salt – ¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt – ¼ cup heavy cream – 2 tsp. vanilla extract – 1 cup unsalted butter – 1 cup sugar – 1 Tbsp. molasses – 2 large eggs
To make the Chai Donuts, preheat the oven to 350°F and create the chai spice mix. Add 3 tablespoons of the mixture to a small bowl. To this bowl stir in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another small bowl, combine heavy cream, Greek yogurt, and vanilla.
