The New LEGO Friends Apartments Set Has Iconic Jokes and 2,048 Pieces

LEGOs aren’t just for kids anymore (were they ever, really?). The 90’s are back once again with the release of the new LEGO Friends: The Apartments set. The 2,048-piece kit includes the two main apartments that saw most of the show’s action.

What’s Included in the LEGO Friends: The Apartments Set?

The new kit comes complete with plenty of inside references to iconic show moments.

Joey and Chandler’s apartment is decked out with their reclining chairs, foosball table and the canoe they lost it all for. And, of course, the duck and chick.

Monica’s apartment includes the balcony with the device they used to check on Ugly Naked Guy, the rogue cat that attacked Ross in season one, and Phoebe’s dollhouse (fire included).

Remember when Monica wore a turkey on her head to win back Chandler after an argument?(Is this a love language we haven’t heard about?)

If you don’t, Courteney Cox recreated it on Instagram to remind you, because jamming a turkey on your head just once in a lifetime isn’t enough.

Lucky for us, the set includes a turkey so you, too, can recreate the scene.

The attention to detail is immaculate, even down to the clothes worn by each of the seven minifigures (the six main friends and Janice. Who invited her, again?).

Ross is sporting his infamous leather pants, Rachel is decked out in a plaid skirt, and Monica is rocking her signature apron.

At a whopping 2,048 pieces, this set is almost twice as big as LEGO’s 2019 Central Perk coffee set that clocked in at 1,070 pieces.

When Can I Get One?

You can get The Friends Apartments when they launch on June 1st for $149.99. Early access for LEGO VIP’s begins May 19th.
