With spring upon us, that means the weather is turning and the snow will finally GTFO. That also means it’s time to embrace all things Spring! Including Starbucks secret menu spring drinks.
We’re not just talking about whatever Starbucks is officially putting on the menu for spring. (Hello, that’s boring and predictable, but we will try it.)
We’re talking about the secret menu items that the drink connoisseurs around the globe have carefully crafted. We are far too impatient to create the drinks ourselves, but we have all the time in the world to taste them.
Ahead, find the Starbucks spring drinks from the secret menu that you should be adding to your to-try list this season. Yes, several of them are pastel, and yes, several of them would be loved by the Easter Bunny. What did you expect?
14 Starbucks Secret Menu Spring Drinks
1. Dole Whip Frappuccino
You could almost convince us to trade in an actual Dole Whip Float for this. Almost. Just kidding, you’d have to pry that from our cold dead hands.
Order a Grande Vanilla Bean Crème Frappuccino Blended Crème. Instead of milk, order with a mix of sweet cream and pineapple refresher.
2. Dragonfruit Breeze
Something about a blended drink just screams warm weather. Perhaps it’s the ice. Okay, it’s definitely the ice. Who would have thought?
Order a Venti Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade. Ask for extra ice, and ask for it to be double-blended.
3. Red Drink
Listen, we didn’t name this drink (but we suppose it fits right in with its more feminine sisters, Pink Drink and Purple Drink), and the color is spot on for a vibrant spring day. The refreshing drink will cool you off when those temperatures start to climb!
Order a Grande Blended Strawberry Lemonade. Ask for extra strawberry purée, and add four scoops of strawberries. Then ask for the drink to be double-blended.
4. Cadbury Creme Egg Frappuccino
Do you eat approximately a baker’s dozen Cadbury Creme Eggs around Easter time or are you normal? Perhaps you can substitute one of those eggs for this Cadbury Creme Egg Frappuccino from the secret menu instead. It has all the same flavors with so much less chewing!
Order a Grande Java Chip Frappuccino Blended Beverage with one pump of vanilla syrup, one pump of Frappuccino syrup, one pump of caramel syrup, and two scoops of vanilla bean powder. Top with caramel drizzle and whipped cream if you’re feeling fancy.
5. Funnel Cake Frappuccino
Springtime means festivals, carnivals, and all kinds of other large gatherings with fried foods and thrill rides! If you’d rather stay away from those gatherings and instead get your fix another way, might we suggest a Funnel Cake Frappuccino and hopping on a Pogo Stick in your backyard?
Order a Grande Caffè Vanilla Frappuccino Blended Beverage and add one pump Toffeenut Syrup. Line the cup with caramel and add extra caramel drizzle on top. Add Cinnamon Dolce topping on top as well.
6. Fuzzy Peach Refresher
We like our peaches down in Georgia, but we also like them in our Starbucks cups, preferably shaken, not stirred. This drink is heavy on the sweetness, and there’s no fuzz to be found (unless you want there to be fuzz, in which case, you can probably ask for that.)
Order a Venti Mango Dragonfruit Starbucks Refreshers Beverage with no water and no inclusions. Ask for half peach juice and two pumps of vanilla syrup. Top with a splash of coconut milk.
7. Bubblegum Frappuccino
If it’s pink and tastes like bubblegum, consider us happy. No, you can’t blow a bubble with this (trust us, we tried, and we made a mess), but it does slurp really, really well.
Order a Grande Vanilla Bean Crème Frappuccino Blended Crème with nonfat milk. Add one pump white mocha syrup and one scoop of strawberries blended in. Top with whipped cream.
8. Island Girl Refresher
Because we, too, would like to escape this semi-charmed kinda life and instead be sipping colorful drinks on an island. Any island. Now, please.
Order a Paradise Drink Starbucks Refreshers Beverage. Ask for light coconut milk and add peach juice and one pump liquid cane sugar. Add strawberry and dragonfruit inclusions on top.
9. Barbie Frappuccino
Barbie the movie may have come out last year, but Barbie the doll turns 65 this March, so now is the time for the Barbie Frappuccino, okay? Okay!
Order a Grande Vanilla Bean Crème Frappuccino Blended Crème with half-and-half instead of milk. Add three pumps of vanilla syrup, two pumps of strawberry purée and dragonfruit inclusions. Top with whipped cream and dragonfruit.
10. Butterbeer Frappuccino
Accio Frappuccino! We may or may not have spent some of our spring breaks binge-watching Harry Potter, so this drink has us feeling a little bit nostalgic.
Order a Grande Caramel Frappuccino Blended Beverage. Ask for only two pumps of caramel and add two pumps of toffeenut syrup. Add one pump of cinnamon dolce syrup and top with whipped cream and caramel drizzle.
11. Lavender Haze
If you didn’t go to Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour last year, you can use the money you saved to buy yourself this perfectly pastel drink instead. If you did go to the Eras Tour, we’ll just assume you’ll be flat broke for the next 12 business years.
How to Order: Ask for a Venti Iced Passion Tango Tea with soy milk and six pumps of vanilla syrup.
12. Key Lime Refresher
This drink just makes us want to scarf down a key lime pie — and there’s nothing wrong with that okay? The drink probably has fewer calories, so we’ll stick with that (this time around).
Order a Venti Star Drink, add Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam, and remove the inclusions.

13. Matchai Cookie Latte
Why have just a Matcha Latte when you can spice it up and add cookies? We think this sounds like a car crash of epic proportions but it also looks really pretty and would photograph beautifully against the spring flowers, so we’re game.
Order a Grande Iced Matcha Tea Latte with oatmilk and add two pumps of chai. Top with cookie crumbles.
14. Caramel Cloud
Now that you can finally get outside without trudging through the snow (if you live in a place where it doesn’t snow, we don’t want to hear anything from you!), you can enjoy a stroll with a cold beverage in your hand. This dreamy concoction can be that beverage!
Order a Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato with no vanilla, substitute Sweet Cream Cold Foam. Line the cup with caramel drizzle and add extra caramel drizzle on top.
