It feels like Starbucks just launched their holiday menu for 2023, but before you know it, 2024 will be here. (In precisely 31 days if time still works the way we think it does.) And, we’re looking ahead to Starbucks winter menu for 2024, which reportedly will see the return of the Pistachio Latte.
According to food insider Markie Devo, the new Starbucks menu also includes a Valentine cake pop and two Oleato drinks. Yay? Tell us your thoughts in the comments.
What Will Starbucks Winter Menu Include?
Starbucks winter menu for 2024 is rumored to launch in stores around the U.S. on January 2nd. The Oleato drinks will take a little longer to roll out and are said to arrive in stores on January 30. It includes:
- Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso
- Pistachio Latte
- Pistachio Cream Cold Brew
- Oleato Oatmilk Latte
- Oleato Golden Foam Iced Oatmilk Shaken Espresso
- Potato, Cheddar, and Chive Bakes
- Chicken, Maple Butter, and Egg Sandwich
- Vanilla Bean Custard Danish
- Valentine Cake Pop
Starbucks’ Winter Menu for 2024
1. Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso
This is just not that exciting a drink. But, we’re starting to dig the Shaken Espressos as they’re relatively low in calories (usually 150 or under) and not overly sweet. This one adds hazelnut syrup, but you can swap it for vanilla, pistachio, or any of the other available flavors.
2. Pistachio Latte
Irish cream walked so pistachio could run. Or something like that. Either way, this pistachio-flavored latte returns for the fourth year in a row. (320 calories)
3. Pistachio Cream Cold Brew
Last year’s fave drink returns again this January, so if you missed it last year, here’s your chance to try it. The cold brew is sweetened with vanilla syrup and topped with pistachio cream cold foam and salted brown-buttery sprinkles. Here’s our Pistachio Cream Cold Brew review. (250 calories)
4. Oleato Oatmilk Latte
It’s Starbucks olive oil-infused latte, this time made with oat milk. We’re still very on the fence about this entire line of drinks.
5. Oleato Golden Foam Iced Oatmilk Shaken Espresso
The golden foam is the best way to drink the Oleato on the menu. This new drink combines the Oleato Shaken Espresso and the Oleato Cold Brew into one (sort of) by topping the Shaken Espresso with the Cold Foam. Good move, Starbucks. Maybe good move says our stomach.
6. Potato, Cheddar, and Chive Bakes
These hearty potato squares return again. Last year the reviews were mixed. Some loved them, some thought they were a waste of $6. We only eat triangles, so we can’t weigh in. (210 calories)
7. Chicken, Maple Butter, and Egg Sandwich
When it comes to answering the question of whether the chicken or the egg came first, this breakfast sandwich does a terrible job of answering. It does however come with maple butter which should count for something. Bon Appetit disagrees. (450 calories)
8. Vanilla Bean Custard Danish
This is a new bakery item, but we’ve never been huge fans of the danish pastry. It always feels like an overly sweet, soggy mess. But, hey, we could be convinced. No, actually, we can’t. Moving on to the cake pop.
9. Valentine Cake Pop
It’s cute. It’s red. It’s filled with chocolate cake. What’s not to love? Oh, the fact that it’s not red velvet? Ok, fair. (140 calories)
